How does it work? 

We're buying your rate down to 5.5% for the life of your loan, then on top of that we're paying a portion of your mortgage for you in your first two years of homeownership, giving you lower payments comparable to:

  • 3.5% in year 1 
  • 4.5% in year 2

What does it mean for you?

  • Significant savings on your monthly payments: Qualified buyers can save on their monthly payments over the life of their loan (as compared to the market rate of 6.37%, as of 9/25/25), which can add up to a big chunk of change.
